General Policy

Consulting services are considered time-based, and our fees reflect the expertise and effort invested in each project. Therefore, all fees are generally non-refundable unless otherwise stated in your consulting agreement.

Circumstances for Refunds

We will consider a full or partial refund in the following situations:

  • Cancellation by Client: If you cancel your engagement with us before we begin work on your project, we will issue a full refund of any fees paid.
  • Unsatisfactory Service: If you are unsatisfied with the quality of our services and can demonstrate that we failed to meet the agreed-upon deliverables outlined in our contract, we may offer a partial refund at our discretion. This will be determined on a case-by-case basis, taking into account the nature of the complaint, the stage of the project, and the effort expended.

Refund Request Process

To request a refund, please submit a written notice to info@easecompliance.in within 15 days of the alleged service failure or cancellation (as applicable). Your request should clearly state the reason for the refund request and any supporting documentation.

Refunds and Fees

If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 15 working days of the approval date. The refund will be issued to the original form of payment used for the initial transaction, minus any processing fees incurred by us.
